PLEASE NOTE: Due to circumstances beyond our control,
effective 1/1/2012 we will be leaving our room rates the same
but will be charging 8% sales tax PLUS an 8% water tax fee.
In 2013 FULTON COUNTY wants to institute a 4% room (bed) tax. If
this passes, the tax rates may reach 20% of the total room
charge. Again, these changes are due to circumstances
beyond our control!
